We endeavour to deliver the heavy or large items weighing over 35kg within 3-4 working days, we may have to use an alternative specialised courier such as a freight pallet service.

Our cut off point for processing an order is 3pm GMT Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Any orders received after this time will be processed the following working day.

Delivery

All carriage charges are free when orders are over £500 ex VAT otherwise a £12.50 ex VAT charge applies.

We deliver the majority of our products to the UK Mainland within 2 to 3 working days.

We will require a signature on delivery.

Deliveries to non-UK mainland addresses including the Scottish Highlands, or if the order contains very heavy items may incur an additional carriage charge.
