Free delivery on orders over £250.00 ex VAT, otherwise a £15.00 ex VAT delivery charge applies. This is subject to change should stock not be available locally, or on some occasions when stock is ordered in made to measure, or specifically at your request.

Any orders placed before midday Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) will be processed same day. Orders received after midday will be processed the following working day at which point our 2-3 working day delivery lead-time begins.
We endeavour to deliver our orders within 2-3 working days to UK Mainland. We will contact you personally via email or telephone to confirm an exact delivery date once your order has been processed.
We always aim to keep in stock, the majority of products displayed on our site, but this is not always possible. Should an item be out of stock at the time of processing, it will be ordered specially for you. We will keep you updated by telephone and/or email of the estimated due dates should this be the case.
We would strongly advise that if you urgently need an item, please contact us in advance of purchase, in order to check on our stock levels to avoid disappointment.
Unfortunately we cannot deliver on our own vehicles to the Scottish Highlands & Islands. However, we will be happy to deliver to a shipping forwarding company on your behalf. To discuss this option further please call 0330 123 1885.
We have a large number of vehicles including articulated lorries that may need to be used for delivery. Please advise us in the comments section when placing your order if there are any potential access restrictions to the delivery address(es).

Returns and Refunds
In the unlikely event that you need to return an item, please contact our team on 0330 123 1885 within 14 days of accepting delivery of the item.
Please note that we cannot accept returns on special orders. Special orders may consist of items sent via third party shipping companies or made to measure products. If you are unsure on whether or not your item is a special order, please contact us on 0330 123 1885 prior to placing the order.
